The site is located on the south-eastern coast of Johor and the Desaru coastline between Tanjung Kelesa and Tanjung Siang. It is an elongated 312 acre site which is almost contiguous northwards from the "Desaru Coast" - a mega integrated resort zone currently being developed by Khazanah Nasional Bhd, the Malaysian Government Sovereign Fund.
